Commissions  I  Custom Creations

Like something you see but want a slightly different size, color palette, or something else to make it fit with your space better?  I love creating custom works. Send me an email or give me a call.

Some of my most popular custom creations include

  • Landscapes

  • Brides & Grooms - an amazing way to commemorate a very special day forever

  • Bouquets - if a painting of the couple isn't the ideal way to commemorate a wedding, a painting of the bouquet or other details can be a wonderful addition to your home to help remember that happy day

How it works

50% is due before starting and the remaining 50% is due upon completion.

We work together to decide what the piece will be.

Usually you provide 3-5+ photos (the more the better! Good lighting in at least one photo is necessary.

I like to find out about the people or person I'm creating the art for and/or the story and significance of the piece. If it's for a first dance piece, I love to know the song so I can listen and use it as inspiration.

Sometimes custom creations are variations on other work of mine, in which case you don't provide any photos.

One month is usually the minimum timeline. Rush orders maybe available for an extra fee.

I typically share a few sketches at the beginning to make sure it is going in a direction you're happy with, and then a photo in progress, and another as it's close to completion, unless you prefer to wait.

Registery

I consult with the bride and groom about what they'd like and arrive at a price.

25% deposit will secure their place in the schedule.

Friends and family can call and make a payment toward the total. I will keep a record of who has contributed for Thank You's.

I will let the bride and groom know when we are fully funded.

If the registry does not get fully funded, we will discuss next steps - the couple may decide to go with a less expensive or smaller option, they may pay the balance either in one payment or multiple payments.
